Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park - 2

Famous for its large antelope herds, Kgalagadi (formerly Kalahari Gemsbok Park) is the largest conservation area in Southern Africa and represents an increasingly rare phenomenon: a large ecosystem relatively free from human interference. A landscape of red sand dunes, sparse vegetation, semi-desert savannah, denuded grasslands whose crests are covered with grey Camelthorn bushes and Kalahari couch grass to the dry riverbeds of the Nossob and Auob Rivers, the Kgalagadi Park is a famous and well protected conservation area in the southern Kalahari Desert.

Visitors to the park may view large herds of migrating springbok, oryx and blue wildebeest, the desert adapted gemsbok and the huge, black-maned Kalahari Lion. Kudu, grey duiker, red hartebeest, steenbok and the rare eland and impala. The oblong fruit  of the Camelthorn tree is a welcome and vitamin-rich variation in the diet of many animals and in the midday heat the animals love to rest in the cooling shade of these deep rooted giants. Other predators found in this area include cheetah, leopard, brown and spotted hyena and wild dog. Smaller animals, like the cape and bat eared fox, yellow, slender and banded mongoose, honey badger, aardwolf, polecat, pangolin and genet also occur. More than 260 species of bird are found including a large number of raptors.

Aim of this Study

The aim of this End-Time Bible Prophecy Study is to present further confirmation from recent developments in the world that the most likely time for the Great Tribulation to occur will be during the 3½ years that precede 2015. 

Opening Remarks

From the evidence provided in End-Time Bible Prophecy Study #1: From Shoemaker-Levi 9 to Blood Red Moons (The 1994-2015 Timeline) in which the validity of the 1994-2015 Timeline and its associated events were investigated, and in the light of the evidence presented from Scripture in End-Time Bible Prophecy Study #2: The Great Tribulation and the 1994-2015 Timeline, the following conclusions have been drawn:

If you haven't visited the two above-mentioned studies yet, I strongly recommend that you take time to do so at your earliest convenience. To know that the 1994-2015 Timeline is based on the following four extraordinary events, each separated from the next by seven years, will suffice for this study.

1994: The comet Shoemaker-Levi 9 broke up and crashed into Jupiter with what was then described as 21 cosmic gun salutes.

2001: The September 11 (9/11) World Trade Centre & Pentagon terror attacks in America.

2008: The Global Financial Collapse, also described as the worst financial crisis of its kind in human history, hit the world on 15 September. 

2015: Blood Red Moons Phenomenon of the years 2014-2015, the only time in this century when 4 consecutive full lunar eclipses, known as a tetrad, will coincide with the Jewish religious feasts of Passover and Feast of Tabernacles.

Biometrics and The 1994-2015 Timeline

Apart from above-mentioned phenomena, are there any other recent developments in the world which confirm that the most likely time for the Great Tribulation to occur will be during the 3½ years preceding 2015?

It is my personal belief that the recent developments in the field of biometric technology present us with that confirmation.

We read in Scripture that a crucial feature of the great end-time tribulation will be biometric technology .

"Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name" (Rev 13:16-17).

Is it therefore farfetched to conclude that the introduction of biometric technology into our world presages the imminence of the great tribulation? 

When and how did it then happen that this biometric technology entered into our world? 

I believe the year 2001, the second on our 1994-2015 Timeline, with its world-shaking event, the September 11 (9/11) World Trade Centre & Pentagon terror attacks in America, holds the answer.

Over the last seven years we have all in a very subtle manner being subjected to this fallout of September 11, 2001, by in one way or the other being systematically profiled, put under surveillance, tracked, catalogued, and our biometric information (e.g. fingerprinting and photographing) mapped with increasing detail and filed in centralised databases.

Today this technology is employed to save lives. During the Great Tribulation it will be employed to take lives. Today its aim is mainly national security. During the Great Tribulation its aim will mainly be economic coercion.

Furthermore, I believe the year 2008, the third on our 1994-2015 Timeline, with its world-shaking event, the Global Financial Collapse, described as the worst financial crisis of its kind in human history, brought us a step closer to the economic coercion foretold in Scripture for the Great Tribulation.

I see this Global Financial Collapse as the beginning of the unravelling and collapse of the current global free trade system. Less than a month after the crisis began, leaders and economists from Britain to East Asia have urged the United States to go beyond the domestic bailout and start working on a new global financial system … “to create the tools for worldwide regulation made necessary by the globalisation of trade.”

Closing Remarks

Do you agree that there appears to be a definite link between biometric developments since 2001, the 2008 drive for more tools for 'worldwide regulation' of the global trade system, and the great tribulation anticipated for the 3½ years preceding 2015?
