Andrew Owen School of Art. The Andrew Owen School of Art & Design was established in 1990 by A.J. Owen. Andrew studied at Michaelis School of Fine Art (University of Cape Town) from 1980-1984. The school is situated in Somerset West in the Western Cape on the corner of Helderberg College Road and Main Road. The school teaches classical and modern art, history of art, sculpture, graphic design, computer graphics and photography.
