Dey & Associates is a closed corporation that was formed in July 1991. Then, as now, the company's core business focussed on space planning and design services. Over time, the business expanded to provide specialised services across a range of related areas, including:

Rodney Dey, the founding member, has a background of more than twenty years in the design, space planning and office furniture industries and is highly regarded as one of South Africa’s top design consultants.
In July 2000, a partnership was formed between Rodney Dey and David Town. David’s background in the IT and communications industries, where he held senior management positions in several major IT corporations, provides specific expertise in the areas of contract management, project management and facilities management.
Since inception, Dey & Associates has consistently extended its capabilities through a network of relationships with highly skilled professional partners. The result is a skillset that provides unrivalled expertise and experience that can be applied to projects of any size and scope.
Dey & Associates is principally concerned with design and space planning services. A sister company (Intecriti) is responsible for management of other services, allowing Dey & Associates to maintain its identity as a design house.
Our company will continue to expand the capabilities and expertise of our network of partners and staff, to respond to the need for integrated, comprehensive service offerings and to provide solutions that deliver effective and efficient business facilities. Furthermore, we will remain at the forefront of developments in office planning techniques, particularly in regard to the integration of technology in the work place.
