HIGH LEVEL ROAD, SEAPOINT

This modern two-bedroom duplex situated in High Level Road, Seapoint, is minutes from Cape Town city centre, the V&A Waterfront and the Camps Bay beachfront - offering affordable self-catering accommodation with wonderful sea views.  It has been tastefully finished to ensure that your needs are met and that your stay is a comfortable one.

The main Queen bedroom has sweeping views over Seapoint and the ocean.  There are ample built-in cupboards and a slate en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. 

   

The second bedroom also has a Queen bed and has its own deck overlooking signal hill.  There is a second bathroom.

Downstairs is a lounge / dining room with TV & Hi-fi and a wooden deck with a plunge-pool overlooking the ocean.  The kitchen is modern and well equipped including a dishwasher. 

There is one secure off-street parking behind a remote control gate.   All bedding, bath and beach towels provided and there is access to a laundry room.  The apartment is serviced weekly (more frequent cleaning by arrangement).  

Rates Guide 

·         Minimum stay 5 nights; High season = 12 nights

·         For only 2 guests, reduce price by R100 per night

·         Reduced prices are on offer for stays of longer than 14 days.

·         50% of the rental sum is payable upon booking. Visa & MasterCard accepted.  The balance is due 4 weeks prior to occupancy.

·         Cancellation refunds:

• up to 8 weeks before - 25% cancellation charge (50% of deposit)

• from 8 to 4 weeks - 50% of rate charged (100% of deposit)

• Less than 4 weeks - no refund.
