VISIT the Cheese & Winelands of the Fairest Cape. Meet the cheese makers at her/his small farms, cheesery; the winemaker in the cellar & at the vineyard. This is off-the-beaten-track edu-tainment at its best. The geography, geology, hydrology, climate, wind and history of soil make up for a multitude of micro-terroirs, where same vine varietals yield radically different wines. Engage a European tradition challenged with South African innovation.

TOURS span many distinct areas within the ONLY 'Mediterranean' region on the sub-saharan continent. Succulent, award-winning cheeses & unique wines are discovered, their techniques explored and a Cheese & Wine Pairing Presentation Luncheon is offered at the vineyard. A Health breakfast is included in full day tours. Our motto for service excellence is: 'come naked, return full'; everything is included in the Price. In summer take sunscreen & hat; in winter, warm clothes & boots!
